back in new york, might as well blog

it is amazing how six months just flies by like that. i sat in the first row on my flight back from Chicago to New York this morning. I thought it would be good because I'm out first and would not have anyone reclining their seat into my lap. I did not realize how much I value the under-the-seat space provided in every other row of the plane. I had this wall in front of me and no matter how much I squirmed, I just could not get in a comfortable position to sleep. My knees hurt more after this trip than any other.
